The Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi launched the Fit India Movement that aimed to encourage the youngsters and students to include sports and physical activities in their daily routine. Taking this mission forward, CBSE decided to devote 6 working days in the schools as they aim to take students off screen and into fields. Fit India Movement was observed in the school from 21st November to 29 November 2019. The school saw the week beginning with yoga exercises and various activities of fitness and nutrition while day2 had free hand exercises and mental fitness activities like poem, essay writing on the theme Fit India School and poster making competitions. Physical activities like dance, aerobics, gardening, martial arts and archery had also been planned for the rest of the week.

Sports Quiz was also conducted in the school. There was immense craze about games among the students. They could answer questions with ease. Delhi partnered with Sikkim in the program Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat indigenous game of Sikkim, archery was conducted to strengthen the cultural and emotional bonding between the citizens of different states and union territories. Students and teachers learnt the skills of archery and enthusiastically participated in archery and enjoyed the game.
